Danp Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 I've have been asked to find an electronic way for the 6th formers to vote for head girl. One of the requirements that is causing me an issue is how to make sure they only vote once or if they do vote more than once how do I ignore their 2nd/3rd votes etc. I was thinking something like Surveymonkey with email registration then export the data afterwards and remove multiple votes and votes from non-@school address. Any thoughts?
FN-GM Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Do you use a VLE? There are Moodle plugins that can handle this. Thanks

Andrew_C Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Wordwall? A quiz thing that we bought (see white elephant) a while ago would do this. I believe they hire the system out. Probably OT though, unless you could get more use out of it rather than just one vote.
SovietRussia Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 We built ours - just a mysql import query from a form etc.
Danp Posted February 10, 2015 Author Posted February 10, 2015 surveymonkey I think will do this Does it? I looked and could only find a way to setup a public system meaning they could vote more than once, unless I missed a point.

zag Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 We use this one for voting in board members of an open source organization Condorcet Internet Voting Service 1
