Remoteapp Problems

Hi All,

 

I have built a TS and i can access it remotely but when I connect to an app I get the following message.

 

 

Can anyone direct me on what to check next.

Check your config for the Gateway configuration, as a starer go to the overview of RDS and then edit it and look at RD Gateway as it is saying that is not available so that will be what the issue is it cannot get to the gateway so cannot load the app. If its all internally done you don't need the gateway so on our boxes we use internally we have the option Do not use an RD Gateway Server set.

I sent it to do not RD gateway and it now says

 

The remote computer could not be found. Please contact your help desk about this error.

So how is this all setup then? it sounds like you have some configuration set wrong somewhere to me. Are the TS and Apps all local ? If so then not sure why when testing internally you need a gateway unless its in a segregated network?

All sorted now. Was a cert problem.
