furby Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Hi, Does anyone have a (UK) contact number for the Device Enrolment Program? I seem to be getting the run around on e-mail.
bshingler Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 its just the usual education support from the involvement ive had- however pointless yet as not all apples distributors have enrolled - annoying our reseller has but their distrubutos havnt so we are stuk waiting for this to happen before we can start to manage our devices (very annoying) apple are helpless as they cant break the chain for enrollment why it has to go through all the channels surely end user and reseller at best.
furby Posted February 10, 2015 Author Posted February 10, 2015 (edited) I bought direct from Apple and also sent them my serial numbers but still can't seem to enrol devices.
