A white haired girl in a stripy top/dress with a guitar and a curled up centipede are too generic to actually be copyrighted.

 

The pokemon LOGO is trademarked, but unless they're unique designs the actual 'mons aren't. [i'd love to see them try to copyright a pigeon or a bunch of keys...]

Yes but fanart is not (unless you're making money from it.. I think.)

So long as it's not an official Nintendo promotional image, then it's fair game. And since @X-13 says they have permission from the artist, I doubt that's the case.

Do you think Barclays would accept a PAYDAY 2 photo? Perhaps a picture of masked-up Clover and Hoxton (clearly the best characters.. John Wich can eff right off..), with the text "GET DOWN ON THE GROUND!"?

I have none of those. Just a regular account.

Nope, I can't see any issues with that at all.

 

Remove the text and claim it [the image] was made by you... They'll put in a bypass for it.

 

If you can actually find a fan made one that's uploaded with no usage restrictions, it's easier.
