GPO not applying on ramdom computers

Which server was it trying to rpc to? the screen dump cuts off just before that line - I can see it's from the 2012 box from the screenshot. Is the server it's trying to get to the other problem server you had, and has that server had a reboot since fixing it (yes, that was a have you tried turning it off and on again!)

I did the reg fix on both servers. (2008 R2 (MB1-Dc and DC2012 (non-r2)) and now the 2012 box is giving me those errors.
