fairm010 Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 Have you configured the permissions in the web.config file in the root of the HAP directory?
fairm010 Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 My bad, it is the web.config in the helpdesk folder you need to edit. Here is mine:
HanwellFields Posted January 28, 2015 Author Posted January 28, 2015 Still no joy sorry to be a pain,i have changed everything you have suggested ,i have it on my account as domain admin but staff no
fairm010 Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 Is your web.config in your Helpdesk folder set as this?
HanwellFields Posted January 28, 2015 Author Posted January 28, 2015 Nope still the same, its a very odd one
fairm010 Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 Then copy and paste that into it, replacing what is in it. Also set your Helpdesk tile code to this: 1
