Helpdesk install

Good morning

 

i tried copying the helpdesk over to my Hap folder yesterday and instantly when trying to log in to hap it comes up with the following error

Did you restart the IIS service after copying the folder?

I have got it working but how do i get the tile to show on other users pages as i have set the hepldesk to all and still not showing

This is the line from my hapconfig.xml for my Helpdesk tile.

checked that and its there also ,baffled i did notice that if i add staff to the resource it then comes up with unauthorized access when they first log on Edited January 28, 2015 by HanwellFields

Have you configured the permissions in the web.config file in the root of the HAP directory?

My bad, it is the web.config in the helpdesk folder you need to edit.

Still no joy sorry to be a pain,i have changed everything you have suggested ,i have it on my account as domain admin but staff no

Remove the space and comma before Staff.

Is your web.config in your Helpdesk folder set as this?

Nope still the same,its a very odd one

Then copy and paste that into it, replacing what is in it.

 

Also set your Helpdesk tile code to this:
