JB7 Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Hi, I keep having to log back in when jumping from thread to iSpy to thread Randomly logging me out and then having to log back in Not sure if this is a site wide problem so wanted to make you aware Thanks !
ZeroHour Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Hi What browser are you using currently? did this just start happening today? We have been experiencing load spikes but that should be resolved now.
JB7 Posted January 21, 2015 Author Posted January 21, 2015 Yes only started today, hasn't happened in the past Normally I use Chrome and that's where the log outs have been occurring
ZeroHour Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Try logging out then restart chrome and see if that cures it, that should reset your cookies.
