Meraki Enrolment

Morning all

 

I can't enrol any iPads in Meraki this morning, installing Meraki's profile on the iPad fails. I've tried a couple of SSIDs and all other HTTPS traffic is fine.

 

Has anyone else tried enrolling devices today? I was thinking it might be a SCEP issue at their end.

Turns out the issue is at their end - here's the reply to my support case:

 

We are currently experiencing an issue with iOS devices which affects enrolment, checking in and profile/ app pushing. Our Engineering team is aware and investigating this.

 

I will let you know when this is resolved.

FFS that would explain the morning from hell I've had trying to do this! My next step was a support ticket!

Just tried another enrolment and can confirm it is now working.
