Dos_Box Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 (edited) It’s almost BETT time and we here at EduGeek have been working very hard to get our stand, freebies and other planning bits and pieces tied up. In the midst of all of this we have found ourselves with a spare hotel room due to some of our usual ‘crew’ not being able to make it this year due to unexpected work commitments. So what we would like to do is to offer two of you the opportunity to help out on the EduGeek stand at the show whilst we pick up the tab for your hotel and food. All we ask is that you make your own way to London and we’ll sort out the rest. The dates we would require you for are any between Wednesday 21st and Saturday the 24th Jan. If you can help out on any of those days please PM me soonest and we shall try and let you know as soon as we can. The cut-off date for applying is midday on Thursday (15th Jan) or earlier if we get a whole bunch of people applying. We shall close the thread once the slots are filled. Notes: If you want to help on Wednesday the hotel will be available on Tuesday night This offer is open to all members however if you work for an organisation or company involved with supplying products or services to the educational IT sector we may have to turn your request down. If you can only help for one day then we ask that you overnight the night before and take your overnight bag to the stand in the morning so we can swap over to the next person (if applicable) You may take a little time off to visit other stands whilst there but please be aware that it gets quite busy on the EduGeek stand at times You will need your own Oyster card. The hotel is located at Tower Hill and is a direct 15 min DLR journey to Excel After the show finishes on Saturday we (unlike most exhibitors) do not go home but have a final night in London. If you are helping on the Saturday we will have the rooms booked until Sunday morning so please stick around Edited January 13, 2015 by ZeroHour 1
