IcedBreeze Posted January 9, 2015 Posted January 9, 2015 Hi guys, I'm looking to deploy IE11 as an .msi and it is my understanding that I need to create one via the Internet Explorer 11 Administration Kit. I've fallen at the first hurdle as I can't even install the kit! I have installed Internet Explorer 11 on my machine (have tried both x32 and x64) and it runs fine. However when I try to install the IEAK it errors and says 'The Internet Explorer Administration Kit 11 requires that you have Internet Explorer 11 installed'. I do have it installed? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

andyturpie Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Our LA created our package on CC4 and I am just looking at the constraints our main .msi uses which is Windows updates KB2670838 (64bit) and KB2834140-v2 (64bit) as well as a "settings" package. Have you those two updates installed?
