SIMS SOLUS 3 - Cancel a deployment?

Hi Everyone,

 

Does anyone know a way to cancel a deployment on SOLUS 3, I've clicked the wrong button and now that the deployment has started the "Cancel Deployment" button is not selectable.

 

The clients have already got the same version that I've deployed so I don't know whether I should let it carry on or whether its going to reinstall SIMS on everyone's computers!!!

 

If anyone knows away to clear this that would be great, for now I've disabled the services.

I was advised against disabling services to cancel a deployment that being said I was also told by Capita if you disable the deployment service for 10-15 minutes it will fail thus cancelling it.

 

If the clients already have the latest version of the agent and SIMS it won't reinstall over them, it will install it on any clients that missed the update. I had lots of clients offline last time I ran an update and it took absolutely ages to 'cancel' or 'end' I am talking 2 hours

Thank you! - It did exactly what you said and after re-enabling the services it went to the status of "Failed".
