Chrome browser on iOS does not refer to the device's local certificate store for certificate validation, so you will have problems with Chrome. I don't believe Google currently offer a way to deploy certs to Chrome on iOS - it may be possible if these are Google Apps users through device management, but last time I checked it only worked for Chromebooks.
