Hi Everyone!

It's been a rather busy few months so not been able to get around to writing about some of the latest updates to Azure Active Directory. I just wanted to post this update on here for those of you whom maybe interested, if you want to enable single sign-on to custom applications or/ 3rd party services to which there is no Gallery Application available today on Azure AD you can now do so. I personally have configured this to use my work account to sign-in to EduGeek as an example as oppose to my normal username and password, this also allows me to set a unique strong password on my account and rather than remembering this i can just using my work account aka organizational account. i.e. Office 365 Credentials.

If you want to find out further information check out the article i just published: Azure AD Custom SaaS Applications for any 3rd party service. | James Evans - EduTech's Blog

This option is only available via the Azure Management Portal and so if you haven't already obtained your $0 Subscription to which I previously posted up on here around 6 months ago be sure to do this first! and now you can do this directory from the Office 365 portal by click on Admin > Azure AD. If you have any questions let me know,

This feature is currently in Public Preview and so it is FREE to use at the moment. It's highly likely although NOT confirmed that this may become part of the AAD Basic or Premium License SKU and so I wouldn't recommend deploying to end-users / production until General Availability

Feel free to try it out for yourselves! :-)

James.
