Decided not to get a PS4 or Xbox1 but going to build a Gaming PC. Any advice

Probably, yeah. They're usually 180-reversible. Personally I'd pull that fan off the back and mount your rad and fan there, instead, as an exhaust. Never been a fan of having the radiators as intakes. It's advised you do in the manufacturers opinion, but I find it gets too clogged up with crap easily if I do it that way, and it does heat up the ambient temperature of the machine (though not really enough to make any kind of difference.)

Not gonna fit doing it that way as the rad is 395mm in length

 

I could remove the 140 mm fan at the rear and flip the rad 180 degrees so that the tubes are coming in and out of the radiator at the rear of the case

Well you'd probably have to take the 140mm fan off anyway. You should have gotten some long screws that are long enough to go through the case, through the fan, and then grip into the radiator. My advice would be to use those to secure it to the back of the case as an exhaust, if it fits. There's plenty of discussion online about intake or exhaust with radiators, exhaust is just my preference

Always, always, always have fans on your radiators if you can fit them there without damaging your other components.

The entire point of the radiator is to have air pushed through it. Passive cooling isn't so great lol.

The fans are on the radiator, Im talking about the fans that came with the case

 

Corsair 750D, I got two fans at the front pulling air into the case ( which is fine ) and one 140mm fan at the rear again this came with the case

 

I then have the radiator with the 3 fans which are screwed together ( fans that came with the radiator cpu cooler )

 

Im saying that I will need to remove the rear 140mm case fan in order to flip the radiator around etc

They still have the tubing on the same side of the cpu block / heat sink, am I not able to flip the cpu block / heatsink around so the tubing on the cpu block is on the left side of the cpu block instead of near the memory modules / RAM ?

But is the memory not being nudged across because of the tubes pressing against them?

If they went in a different direction, would they not push them aside?

Is it possible to flip the radiator and install the cpu block / heatsink pump unit as per the 2nd image ( see attached image ) so that the tubing is on the left hand side then cpu block and then memory modules on the right side

3 Guesses what I am going to be doing this evening for a few hours but you will only need one guess, sigh

 

Need four hands as had to hold the rear bracket on and try and screw the cpu block on at the same time ( was only screwing opposite corners a little at a time ). Was a ruddy nightmare, must be a knack to doing it ?

Update :

 

Ok flipped the radiator 180 degrees so that the tubing is at the rear of the case and the tubing on the cpu block is on the opposite side, temp wise I think it is running 1 or 2 degrees hotter so running windows I am getting about 25 / 26 degrees to 30 at most but still a reasonable temp

 

How are people telling what temp the cpu gets to whilst gaming etc ?
