Sims "checking for updates" really slow

Sims is very slow when it starts it takes about 45 seconds to "check for upgrades". I'm sure its pointing to an old server we had before SQL migration but I just cant find the setting.

 

I also get this error when trying to "check updates" within sims.

 

The value for from SIMS.INI or the SOLUS config file is incorrect.

 

Cant find a sims.ini or solus config whatever that is, anyone have any ideas?

Sims.ini is in the windows directory.

Thanks that fixed the problem immediately! Now I just have to go round 100 computers and change it
