Active directory for a clasroom

Hi i am new to win server AD and scripting , but i want to create a dc to a classroom with a lot of users for students.

I would be glad if you could help me with a script that adds users from a csv file to AD users and uses the parameters - Firstname - Lastname - Username - Pass - Class(=groupname) and makes a home directory for them also sets the privilages that students can only modify or read their own files except a shared folder like "shared" .I know there are topics that cover partly this questions but this script world is new to me and i don't know how to create this exact setup.Also if you could post a sample csv for this script that would be nice. (Sorry for my bad english.) All the best Zs.
