Looking for a bit of advice.

Got a email this morning on my business one saying Card Receipt - with an attachement, curiosity got the better of me so i opened the email ( NOT the .doc attachment).

It looks to be from Water Cooler, Water Dispensers, Mains Fed, Water Coolers - AquAid UK which looks like a legit company. Further digging shows its been sent to john.watho@mycompanysaddress . However there is only me here and I only have 3 emails on is me one is admin and one is info . So it looks like this has come from the catch all rule I have set up.

Google Apps is normally good at picking up SPAM so surprised this got through.

Should I delete it and forget about it or let the company know?

We are having huge amounts of these. Spam has gone through the roof in the last 6 months. To the point were we cant block anymore domains on exchange.

I'm looking for some software that filters our emails like Perfect mail but the price is a little high per month for my liking. Any open source software?

Not sure of the price but we use iCritical. They seem to do a fairly good job. It is offsite and has other features like mail tracking, restoring for a period and hold email if your server is down.
