What do people know about the dot hill storage products? Can you recommend them? have you had issues? What is the support like if there is an issue? Thanks

we have a dot hill and it doesn't support de duplication which is annoying, apart from that it seems to be alright... I havnt had an issue in 2 years so i cant really comment on the support. i would recommend getting a model with de duplication if they are available.

We have VMware running on it, two of the drives are 400GB SSD's mirrored and these run out citrix virtual desktops (insanely fast! According to a citrix engineer) the other two LUNs just run the core virtual servers.
