URLs for Google Apps for education?

I need to build a list of URLs which I can enable and disable when I need to in order to allow access to Google Apps for a group of kids (they're doing some collaborative work with another school).

 

They need access to Google+ and Hangouts.

 

By default, our filtering solution blocks Hangouts and parts of Google+. So, I would like to know, does anyone have a list of URLs I need to unfilter to allow this? (Save me monitoring URL logs).

Wow, that's a lot of addresses. Good job I can use wildcards in my filtering!
