mwnci Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 We have several ipads which have been stolen. They were supervised using configurator. How do you get about removing these from configurator seeing as we can't plug them in. Any ideas?
DevilsAdvocate Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 On the supervise tab All Devices > Right Click Device > Unsupervise I've yet to click it as i don't want to unsupervise my devices.
DannyG555 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 I think I have managed to do this by holding ctrl or alt or shift (sorry I cant remember which) and then right clicking on the iPad you want to remove and there was an option that appeared in the menu. I was also using a PC keyboard, so afraid I dont know what the equivalent would be if you are using a Mac keyboard...
smithson83 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 If you press Alt then right click, "Unsupervise" becomes "Remove"
mwnci Posted December 11, 2014 Author Posted December 11, 2014 Legend. Pressing Alt whilst right clicking changes the option from unsupervise to remove.
