Liberum help desk installation problems.

 

Installed liberum, followed the readme instructions. Installed on IIS 7.5 server 2008r2. I installed the language pack and deleted the setup.asp. The next step is to go to the /admin directory but I get a 500 error. if I try to go to the route directory I get frowarded to;-

Anyone know whats going on?

Long time since I installed Liberum, but check the config files, there must be a hard link to Big Ideas for Small Business that needs changing in the file. Or IIS is not set right, but I would go for the config file option. We moved to OSTicket after Liberum, as it isn't really maintained any more.

hmm, just checked GitHub for the code, and can't see a reference to company.com in the source files. I know you can set the name of the site in the admin panel, that then sets it for the site, but it should be fine in initial setup and access to /admin. Sounds like it could be IIS

You should be able to just go to http:///_{/admin/default.asp (shouldnt need default.asp) I wouldn't try using a fqdn until you have been in and told the site what it is, use the IP first.}
