Office 365 - stop user accessing mail out of hours / out of school?

Can anyone tell me if it possible to do this, I want to set an email user, so that they can't access it between 4pm and 8am and possibly also -they can only access it within school IP range?

NO, I just found that one on Google- these are manually created users within O365

I haven't head of an official way to achieve that.

You might be able to schedule a script to disable and re-enable their account at specific times. I'm not a powershell expert but this might be a good place to start:
