SmartNoteBook 11 not printing to a network printer.

Hi,

 

a teacher is trying to print SmartNoteBook 11 files to a networked printer, the job submits then cancels, it prints fine to a local USB printer, the print job is only a sentence, no error messages.

We're runnning Windows 7 32bit SP1, & 2008 R2 64bit SP1.

 

Google gives nothing definitive & the license for Smart has expired for live technical support.

 

Any thoughts would be gratefully received.

Could be that the NoteBook page settings needs to be set to print as A4?

I had this issue before and it was usually to do with the printer drivers.

As @PaulRenda has said you could try a update drive as the NoteBook can some times cause printer trouble as it's file extension can cause problems for some. One way round could be to print the notebook to the smart PDF printer that can be installed (other PDF printers are available) then print them normally. Though not a fix it could keep the teachers going.
