Hi, a teacher is trying to print SmartNoteBook 11 files to a networked printer, the job submits then cancels, it prints fine to a local USB printer, the print job is only a sentence, no error messages. We're runnning Windows 7 32bit SP1, & 2008 R2 64bit SP1. Google gives nothing definitive & the license for Smart has expired for live technical support. Any thoughts would be gratefully received. thanks
