Powershell - Standardised OU / GPO Setup

As part of a continuing effort to try and standardise the large number of server setups/migrations I do as part of my job I have written a powershell script, its a bit of a working document. If any part of it could come in handy to anyone please feel free to use it. Ive not included the ADMX, ADML or Exported GPO's but if you wish to give it a go you will need to export your own set. The names of GPOs are in the script that you will need to create, otherwise I can supply blank ones with correct names if anybody is interested?
