We arecurrently recruiting for a ICT Support Technicianto fill a full-time position at Oasis Academy Shirley Park, which is an allthrough education experience for learners between the ages of 0 - 19. ThisOfsted rated ‘Outstanding’ academy offers state-of-the art facilities in athriving education environment. As an ICT Support Technician you will provide 1st Linesupport to staff, pupil and external customers. This will involve hard/softwaresupport, incident logging, asset management and general IT administration. Thesuccessful applicant will: · be enthusiastic, customer focused andhave excellent communication skills

· have good understanding of computer hardwareand troubleshooting software

· work proactively to resolve problems andachieve results

· have good knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 8 andOffice Applications

· possess basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,VPN’s and Windows Server 2008R2 / 2012

· be happy to work varying shift patterns
