[ipad] iPads / Rocket - App updates

iPads with a Lightspeed Rocket.

 

We've just turned on Rocket authentication against our AD and the iPads are now not running 'Updates' from the AppStore. I've added umpteen blah.apple.com subdomains into the Rocket Domain Exceptions ('Destination domains where authentication is not required to access.') but I obviously haven't found the right one yet.

 

Anyone come across this?

What have you added? Have you tried pressing the update button and then looking at the web log?

Would be nice if *.apple.com would do it

Adding in just apple.com should do it. It does here. What does the web report show?

Ah... Mystery solved. Seems we have a OSX caching server on the county network and the iPads are looking to that for their updates. Thanks for your help anyway.
