Rails for TP POE switches

Anyone know of a rear rail built for large switches such as TP-Link PoE switches. We have a few in cabinets now and they noticeably sag to the rear with just the front l shape brackets holding them in.

Almost loath to say it (got neg repped last time!!!!) With a cheap switch, if they sag, i'd just use zip ties to pull them up straight...it does the job..
