Basically you should contact other local schools/council to do a groupon thing and buy in bulk for better value. Also, make sure you don't go above the EU threshold or you need to follow their guidelines for tender.

 

Use MS educational licensing, and follow the DfE framework to do things by the book. Some contact details there for further info. Coffee pls!

Seems simple enough; guidelines and frameworks in place so you don't stuff anything up too hard and/or get fleeced. Speaking of which, little dig at Capita I think I spotted in there too...
