I've spent a good ten hours on it this weekend and haven't seen any of you online I have a love/hate relationship with Elite, maybe it's because I'm still waiting for wings to be added or maybe it's because the Frontier team haven't replied to a single ticket I've sent them from last year. I go for weeks without playing and then play solidly for ages..

Enter station, looking for docking bay ... oh, ok it's not lit up. Look at radar blip to try and find it ... and no help there so err, what number did it give me ... oh, no number in blue ... did I forget something ... *BOOM*. Insurance 600Kcr, cargo 400Kcr, reminder to ask for docking permission, priceless.

Interdicted, thought I'd take it on, turned round, fired first, then realised it was a heavily gunned Python. It shot twice stripped my shields, third shot disabled everything. Dead in a minute. I'll never learn. 1

I'll never learn. Yeah, you will. I had my first PvP encounter a few days ago. Waked into Wyrd to visit The Dweller, was hailed by a human in a FdL, told me I was 'In Violation of the No-Fly Zone' his wing had imposed over Black Hide. I thought, 'No Fly Zone, don't be silly' so I ignored him, he tried to interdict me, I evaded, got down to Black Hide where his two mates took me to pieces in less than thirty seconds. Lost all the cargo I was carrying for next Engineers level, but learned a lesson about valour, discretion and role-play. Ho-hum, back to the grind. 1
