Looking at historical Marksheets

Hi,

 

I've never gotten too familiar with SIMS, but today a teacher has asked me (in the absence of the Data Team, who are on leave) how she can access Marksheets for a class she taught last year. She does not teach the group this year, but needs access to data she entered for evidence of progress for her threshold application.

 

I honestly have no idea where to begin to look. (though I do have fairly comprehensive access within the sims modules).

 

Any help / tips / pointers would be appreciated.

If the marksheet hasn't been deleted - when you go into the Marksheet Entry/My Marksheet Entry at the top is a date box - change that to a date last academic year (I tend to pick 1st July for convenience) and then click search and if they are still in the system, it will list them all for her.

Change group membership date. Would be easier via HoD access as marksheet has prob been deleted.
