[Office365] Powershell - Create Distribution Group for one user

I've drawn a blank trying to bulk import an address list from .csv to a particular users contact group. Can anyone point the way please?

Could you just import the contacts for that one user using OWA?

I have the addresses in the users address book. what I need to do is add them all to a distribution group.

Is the distribution group for all staff to see and use our just this one user? Sorry i think i misunderstood.

Thanks, yes, it was just a distribution list for this one user.

 

I've managed to connect to the account using Outlook from home, and set it up from there. Something on the LA WAN was preventing that setup.
