Junior Web Designer – Scale (C1 £19,817 - £21,734)

20 hrs per week (Pro rata £10,711 – £11,748)

Temporary until Aug 31^st 2015

 

The Gorse Academies Trust requires an aspiring, proactive and creative Junior Web Designer to join the Web Services arm of our IT Services team. You will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of all TGAT websites and learning platforms.

 

Primarily, you will be responsible for liaising with key staff members across the Trust to collate content such as images, copy and news. With this content you will update and amend existing web page templates, crop and resize images and graphics, change and input copy, and edit HTML/CSS code.

 

The 20 hours per week would ideally be split over 4 days, with working hours falling between core academy hours (9am – 3pm). However, we do have flexibility in this and can work around the right candidate.
