SOS Schools IT - Using Group policy to create chrome shortcut

[TD="class: postcell"]I have seen this question answered multiple times but I need the answer in simpler terms I'm not experienced in group policy.

All I want is for the webpage to open in Chrome and to be on all users desktop to stop kids deleting.
Currently I have

Name: Thirdspacelearning shortcut
Target type: File System
Object Location: All Users Desktop
Target path: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" Arguments:Third Space Learning
Start in: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application"
Shortcut key: None
Run: Normal Window

Thats great, but you need to specify whether the shortcut is create/replace/update or delete.

Or you could redirect their dektop somewhere and prevent them from altering it?
