HAP+ Access Denied Uploading Files v10.4

Hello All.

 

I have tried uploading various different files to various of the mapped drives which I can download from.

I can create new folders in them but cannot upload to any of them or any of the folders within them.

 

It is not a permission issue as they can use the drives on PC's with Win7, with full functionality.

 

The error message is:

Upload of "xxxxxxx.xxxx" has Failed!

Access to path '\\QE-C-SR-FP1\Users-Staff\Stafftest\Home' is denied.

 

I am currently running v10.4 on Server 2012.

 

Everything else is ok so far.

When I go into a folder created through HAP I get a slightly different error.

 

Upload of "xxxxxxxx.xxx" has Failed!

 

The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

I'm seeing the same thing as your edit, no one seems to be able ot upload anything to any folder. Same error every time.

I had to downgrade to a version that I've configured before as there was no obvious reason for this issue.

I am now using version 9 and all is working as it should be.
