Hello all, I have a quick question. I have managed to map our staff home drives as they are all in one location. However our students home drives are slightly different as follows. Staff = \\qe-sr-c-fp1\users-staff\%username%\home Students = \\qe-c-sr-fp1\users-students\y2011\%username\home OR \\qe-c-sr-fp1\users-students\y2012\%username\home OR \\qe-c-sr-fp1\users-students\y2013\%username\home OR \\qe-c-sr-fp1\users-students\y2014\%username\home Is it possible to map these 4 locations as one drive using the percentages or not? I know this is a very old thread. But I didn't want to open a new one. I have the same issue, but I can't figure out the smart board service name. Any ideas? I am running version 14 with a smart board 600. Any help is appreaciated.

What version of IIS are you running?

I would put the original web.config file from the downloadable zip folder. Then remove the IIS8 Section and if I remember correctly you may also have above and below it remove these aswell and make sure there is no break in the lines. Also check the permissions are correct on the folders.

Have you tried to edit the hapconfig.xml file delete the AD credentials from there and set 'FirstRun=True' Before editing anything make sure to take a copy of the file you edit this will save you a lot of time if it breaks. If the above doesn't work, I would delete the hapconfig.xml and restart the server.

Hi All. Not sure if this one is possible, but I would like the Remote apps web server which is separate from the HAP+ webserver to auto login when someone clicks the link. So when browsing to https://remote.tqea.org.uk/hap and then logging in the AD credentials used to login are stored and then used again when clicking on the Remote Apps link which also uses AD credentials. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how I can do it? Thanks, Jon

I had to downgrade to a version that I've configured before as there was no obvious reason for this issue. I am now using version 9 and all is working as it should be.

Hello All. I have tried uploading various different files to various of the mapped drives which I can download from. I can create new folders in them but cannot upload to any of them or any of the folders within them. It is not a permission issue as they can use the drives on PC's with Win7, with full functionality. The error message is: Upload of "xxxxxxx.xxxx" has Failed! Access to path '\\QE-C-SR-FP1\Users-Staff\Stafftest\Home' is denied. I am currently running v10.4 on Server 2012. Everything else is ok so far. Thanks in advance, Jon *EDIT* When I go into a folder created through HAP I get a slightly different error. Upload of "xxxxxxxx.xxx" has Failed! The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. Thanks

Hi Nick, Not sure how to delete my post. But its sorted now. I had to replace the web.config file and delete the hapconfig.xml file. Reboot server and all was ok.

**UPDATE** Please ignore this post as I replaced the web.config file I forgot to remove the line about ".svg" that caused the issue. **UPDATE** Hello, not sure if i will get a response here or if i need to open a new thread. But I had this issue and replaced the web.config file and deleted the hapconfig.xml and it was recreated. Re-entered all the information on the setup.aspx and i could then log in. But after logging in as any of the users i have "Resources" "Management" "Me" displayed but no buttons underneath, when i click any of them they just become higlighted in blue and the url changes but it doesnt take me off the homepage. Please help.....!

**UPDATE** I now have it working. There was a network issue to start with as my colleague originally started this project. I had a further problem or two afterwards but resolved them using other threads within the forum. Thanks for the help guys.
