Help Any google Partners out there?

ive spent the last two weeks trying to contact google to get our admin password reset and every option recommended in there help videos of on there help pages requires me to log into the admin console or have a pin number

 

neither of which I have access to because we don't know the password for the admin console

 

 

are there any google partners out there who might be able to help please

Please have your PIN when you call

 

 

1.Sign in to the Google Admin console.

2.Click Support.

3.Look for your Customer PIN.

 

Can't find your PIN? PINs are available only for administrators of Google Apps for Work, Government, Education, or Nonprofit accounts. If you sign in to a free edition of Google Apps, no PIN is available in your Admin console. Learn more

 

 

its a fully automated system no humans on the phone so no pin number you just get hung up on , the same if you ring google HQ in London and select 0 for the operator as requested by the answerphone message
