Achandler Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Hi All Has anyone else been having massive issues with ParentMail recently. The support from then has never been good, they don't do as they seem to say they have. But lately you can't get through to the support at all, 40 minutes and still they haven't answered the phone, while listening to the usual dribble of a we are really busy message, which is frankly excessive loud compared to the hold music and full of useless information! It also has two we are really busy messages right after each other. It has been like this for over a month... As for filling the contact us form, thats not worth it either.
