Quiz for Staff

Good afternoon,

 

Our deputy head has asked me to create a quiz for our staff to go through regarding their recent health and safety training.

 

When staff get say under 12 questions correct, they will fail and be told to go through the training materials and attempt the quiz again.

 

I've had a look around the Internet to see what would be suitable, I have been told also that there is some money in the pot to buy a product too but just can't find what I'm looking for!

 

I offered the school to conjure up some PHP and SQL to do the job, but they don't want 'home brew' software.

 

Does anyone know any software or ideas?

If you have Moodle, you can do quizes in that.

Piece of A4 paper and the person delivering the training can mark them in about 10 seconds flat, job done.
