Home Folder Default to Modify Rather Than Full Control?

Hi folks,

 

I'm guessing that by default a user is given "Full Control" of their home folder. Is this the case?

 

Is there any way to change this to "Modify"?

 

The latest student wheeze is to deny permissions on their home folders to teachers, or remove everyone but themselves.

 

I suspect it would be possible to change all these with NTFSFix, but I can't get this to work any more on 2008 R2.

 

Any ideas?
