I guess apple kept it as a 'low cost' model (!) but I think from a users point of view, 32,64 and 128gb would be better. I don't really need 64gb at the moment but that's what I went for with the new iPhone. My other devices are 32gb but the kids 16. I guess Apple just want you to stream / use cloud storage.

It's bad enough you have to clear the decks for even the most minor of point updates but this isn't going to be fun

mrbios Posted September 18, 2014 Posted September 18, 2014 Got mine installing now, didn't have space issues though as i barely store anything on my phone (and sod installing the poop that is itunes on my pc!) took forever to actually start downloading though, it sat on "update requested" for about a day? o_O Only 1 month to go till i can finally ditch this POS and get a proper phone though so nevermind.

elsiegee40 Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 Son has just installed it on his iPhone 5 using iTunes on his laptop. It took an extra 300MB on the phone. His only moan so far is the predictive text which he has promptly turned off.
