Help! Crash course in Managing Mavericks settings and deploying App Store apps.

So I find myself needing to look after suites of Mavericks clients and a couple if mavericks servers, and deploy some App Store apps.

 

How does licensing work these days? Specifically Logic and Final Cut?

 

How should I deploy them? (Machines are already imaged)

 

How do we control settings based on location of the macs (e.g music vs media suites)? MCX or Profiles...

 

Where can I find a comprehensive guide to all this? (Like the meraki one for IOS)

 

Any advice great fully received.
