UF-70 Image shifts to right

Has anyone had an issue with the image shifting to the right of the screen leaving a 2 inch gap on the left? Its only on start up if you change inputs it goes away 90% of the time. I'm thinking it could be a resolution issue? I have the res. set at 1024 X 768 I'm dealing with 4:3 smartboards but we have 16:9 monitors and using a display port adapter.

this is a common issue. Are you using any splitters to duplicate the signal from the pc to the monitor and the projector? Or are you taking two seperate outputs from the graphics card/PC?

See if you can adjust phase or clock in the settings of the projector, it might be being skewed by cables etc.

I'm using 2 separate images via a display port adaptor that is VGA and the VGA port on the back of the PC which is connected to the projector.

And are you mirroring (same image on both the monitor and the projector) or full on dual screen?

I'm using windows to Duplicate the image our Lenovo PC's had a built in display port adapter plus the standard VGA port as well
