Chrome unable to print?

Have a machine here that is unable to print from Chrome but all other apps are fine. Anyone else found this issue?

 

Printing from Chrome results in a document - spooling message in the print queue and never progresses.

now more users can't print from Chrome.

 

I've updated Chrome and restarted the spooler and print server. Still no change.

What operating system is the hardware running?

We had a problem with printing from Chrome yesterday where we couldn't print selected pages. We had "Disable Print Preview" Enabled in group policy once we disabled this we could then print selected pages.

 

might not be the same problem but worth a look.

We run Win 7 Ent x64 on all machines.

 

I couldn't find any policy on the affected users that would disable print preview. The preview itself does work, allowing the user to choose pages, num copies, etc. and submit the print job. But then the print queue will only show:

 

exampleprintjob.xxx - spooling

 

But this only happens from Chrome. I've had to switch some to Outlook for printing as a temp fix.
