Promethean Projector Issues

Hi,

 

I have a Promethean Projector Model No PRM-20AV1(S). This projector stops projecting after a few minutes. There are no warning light and lamb replace light on. I have cleaned the filters. When I switch the mains power supply off the projector then power it on, it projects on to the IWB for a few minutes then stops projecting. The power light is green on the projector, when I look into the bulb there is nothing happening. Usually there should be some sort of light coming out.
