Smart Software on CTouch Screens

Just thought id post this in case anyone else has any issues.

 

We run Smart 14 on our CTouch screens in school (yes its licensed), and had a few issues with jumping and sticking when the teachers were trying to draw and write.

 

The solution is very simple, go into the CTouch config tool and turn off multi touch, set it to mouse and all the problems go away.

 

It does stop a few giant table style features from working but staff find this a lot better and much more reliable (staff say it is better than the normal Smart Board).
