Shared Calendar in Outlook 2010

Hey ppl, we're running Exchange/Outlook 2010 and we have new users who started this year and I would like to give the office secretaries access to these new users calendars to update events, meets etc. Can that be done through Exchange or do I have to go to the new user's computer and do it through their Outlook?
