[closed] bug/error: Edugeek Error in Chrome

Not sure is there's an ongoing problem with Edugeek at the moment, but everytime I try loading it in Chrome I get:

 

 

 

But working fine in IE... Anybody else? Just wondering if it's me or if Edugeek's having a few issues.

 

It was working fine yesterday, only had it since this morning.

For those of you who wern't around last night, we had some downtime whilst we finaly completed our move to AWS.

Although we have taken great pains to ensure everything is up and running correctly, there will, inevitably be a few issues.

Shaun will be around in a bit to check up on these but he did put in some hours last night!

I still appear to be getting the error in Chrome - Wonder if it's a problem with my PC or ISP... Will try from home.

I have been using Chrome all day. Edugeek hasn't given me any problems so far.

 

Have you tried logging out and back in again?

I noticed issues with Chrome this morning, whilst I was trying to work out if the theme issue I raised was due to my Firefox profile getting corrupted again. I was just getting Page Unresponsive errors, however. They seemed to sort themselves out not long after.

I have found a possible cause of browser freezes etc but still working on a permanent fix. Right now the problem should not occur as I have disable part of the cdn.

I had the 500 page in chrome this afternoon and what I then found was googling edugeek and then clicking the result link it opened fine.

Now working as expect, yes. On chrome mobile/desktop.

 

Edit: I did try again before I posted and it was still giving 500 error, perhaps a session issue.
