Office 365 - Outlook Slow When Using Lync

Hiya,

 

Outlook with Office 365 seems to perform well. But once you sign into Lync (Lync Online) Outlook performs really poor. I have seen a few complaints on the internet about it but no fix.

 

Has anyone else seen this?

The full clients, or web clients?

We use Outlook 2013 and Lync 2013 both logged into Office 365 accounts all day here and I've never noticed any issues.

 

I'm running Outlook in cached exchange mode though, which I suspect you may not be?

Full outlook.

No we are not running cached mode. However the machine on my desk works a treat and its not cached either. Weird!
